everything is an proposal, that you can take/ leave/ adapt/ modify/ mix in any way ~ including this structure. your intuition is your best guide to discern what serves your intentions and process.

examples for overarching intentions:
β find out what self-pleasure means for me β reclaim my erotic capacities β fully experience feelings and sensations in my body β allow myself pleasure β freely and creatively encounter myself and my own body
in addition, each session can have its own intention. for example:
β today, iβd like to experiment with my breath β what happens when i try to allow my emotions, and perhaps resistance, to inform how i move and touch myself?
[ ] Say hello to your body. Arrive in your body ****with self-massage, tapping, dance, qi gong, body scan. What works for you?
[ ] Experiment. Consciously and sensually experience or arouse yourself in your body (optionally: including the genitals). Remember: touch, breath, movement, voice. Listen for the resonance you receive from your body. Have fun.
